Hi, I’m Gayle
If we’ve crossed paths before in the benefits world, I’m glad we’ve found each other again. If not, it’s great to see you here!
I’ve spent most of my career in group benefits, supporting advisors, leading teams, and working through the kinds of day-to-day situations that shape how clients experience their plan.
And while benefits can look technical from the outside, I’ve always seen the human side first.
Behind every question, decision, or service issue, there are people trying to do the right thing: advisors guiding clients, teams managing details, employers making decisions for their people, and employees trying to understand what they have when they need it most.
That’s the part I care about.
What Shapes My Approach
I bring the perspective that comes from decades spent in group benefits administration, working closely with advisors and supporting the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan® from behind the scenes.
Real-world perspective
From onboarding new groups to leading the administration team supporting a national group plan, I saw first-hand how much the behind-the-scenes work matters to advisors, employers, and the people covered by the plan.
Support that lasts beyond the moment
Sometimes it’s having the knowledge people can trust in the moment. Other times it’s the context that helps someone avoid the same issue next time. That kind of support has always mattered to me.
Advisor relationships
The relationships I built with advisors became one of the most meaningful parts of my career.
I valued the trust, the industry conversations, the problem-solving, and the chance to be part of work that made a difference for their clients and teams.
Today, I’m bringing that experience into TrueNorth in a more focused way.
That’s my goal, helping you
achieve yours.
Why
TrueNorth
After decades in the group benefits industry, I reached a point where I wanted to contribute differently.
Not by stepping away from benefits, but by moving toward work that feels more aligned with who I am and where I can make the most meaningful contribution.
TrueNorth reflects direction, grounded values, and a steady way forward. It’s also a natural nod to being proudly Canadian, and to building something that feels honest, steady, and real.
TrueNorth brings together everything I’ve learned throughout my career and gives me a way to use it with more focus and care.
As we work together, I hope you’ll feel that approach in everything I do.
A Little Beyond the Work
If you’re still reading this, you’d probably like to know a little about the person behind the work. I’m the same way.
I don’t need to know everything, but I do like to get a feel for the person I’m choosing to work with.
